There was once a restaurant called Salade de Provence on the corner of La Cienega and Holloway in West Hollywood but it is no more. It is now called Weho Bistro and very different. Starting in January Weho Bistro arrived in the space after a one month closing and revamp. The space has been repaint and reconfigured to become a much more desirable spot for a bite to eat or to linger over a coffee and pain du chocolate. There is a large outdoor space on the street that is removed enough from the street that it isn't overwhelming but relaxing and great for people watching. There is oddly a lot of foot traffic moving by on this corner. Weho Bistro also has something that most West Hollywood restaurants would seel their chef's for: tons of parking!!!

The food is distinctly frenchy and well prepared and the service prompt and friendly. The owners Jeff and Gerry greet you upon arrival and treat you like their friend. Welcome to their place and have a great meal and wonderful time. The mushroom soup is a must have even if you don't like mushroom soup you may change your mind. The quiche is thick and hearty served with a side salad that is a perfect compliment. Bottles of water and bread appear as soon as one sits down to read the menu. Try the surprise of the day always a fun meal that is ever changing. This new romantic bistro is a great addition to the West Hollywood dining scene.
