1. What do you hope to express though your music?

Through every turmoil and misfortune and every praise and accomplishment

steadfast and unclenching -music- has kept me centered-

-Emotional Honesty- if nothing else

2. How do your Compton roots influence your music?

Many times I have ,just by a hair, been able to slip away from the reality of death-as so many of my friends went on without me ,my music has become more honest/ I ,have become more honest and because of this ,every performance ,permanently implanted in my emotional state of mind, literally feels like its my last- and in reality- one of these days it will be -

3. What do you like about Hollywood?

The art-

In the walls, in the streets-in the corners in every way imaginable - in every aspect of its definition-through every sense, an artistic attitude that everyone, EVERYONE feels compelled to achieve in they're own unique way-and in every new way possible-

4. What don't you like about it?

Deliberate Class Segregation

The "best"schools money can buy, are shoved in the faces of kids that could never afford it-made purposely ,not to further education or it's ideologies , or at the very least made to rank top of its class, but made IN the city-where only the rich can afford its mediocre education, at the highest cost, in order to deter the average low income homeless families from ever participating with they're children-making them want something that doesn't exist like a mirage in the desert full of lights and over flowing with water and food, only in reality , it is just sand-

5. Who are some of your musical influences?

The truth is-I'm inspired by them, not necessarily influenced-

When I started playing music as a young boy , I never listened to music on the radio or even really knew about famous musicians- I was busy making music-I loved the fact that I, ME, alone, in secret could manipulate sound in any way that I felt compelled to-in other words, I was magical-I was learning how to make the impossible possible-

My inspirations as a teenager were Grunge and as an adult The Acoustic Rock Performer-

6. What is the worst trend in music right now?

The kind that is made to sell/

It's sad that in the future, these kinds of songs and musicians that make these songs "top hits" for that year will be seen as " the greatest of its time"- how many more amazing musicians and music would never have the opportunity to really change the music as we know it-

7. What is your craziest showbiz story?

well- cant get too detailed-
But let me just highlight a few moment of the night -and you can use your imagination to fill in the rest

Hollywood show-well known venue
Urine dripping on stage-
Drunk Loud obnoxious musicians and friends Turned Mob
Broken windshield/s
More Urine dripping off car/s
And then-I woke up

I'm sure it was a dream...that we were all in...at the same time...with the same memories..

What's the next question...

8. Who plays you in the movie and why?

Hmmm....If i had to choose id say..Colin Farrell- I think he resembles me the most -and he's famous, so I can at least guarantee his fans will show up to see it-

9. Have your Youtube videos helped you get any gigs?

Definitely Yes - and I'm sure , No

Lots of gigs come my way from all direction- but I'm thankful that there is a place where my music can be viewed heard and experienced without leaving your comfort zone!

10. What makes you fame-worthy?

Not sure that I am- but I guess it would be My personal experiences

From falling out of a moving car at 5yrs old- my parents didn't close the door correctly-and in Mexico I guess you just suck it up-

To having a concealed weapon that the police never found-

Or how about this one

Being home invaded-tied and beat -apparently I was the wrong target-

Maybe I'll just write a book -

And def become FAME-WORTHY!

400 block Peach STREET!

Sorry ,had to put that in there somewhere! Don't worry-I know what your thinking-it's not gang affiliated-

I like the answer to number 5, I've never really heard someone put it that way -- inspired versus influenced.
At the risk of hurting my street cred, I have no idea what the address means.
