First Human Ancestor Resembled a Squirrel: Newly discovered fossilized bones for the world's oldest and most primitive known primate reveal a tiny, agile animal, resembling a squirrel that spent much of its time eating fruit and climbing trees. Interesting, but I don’t think we have to go back that far to find humans who are squirrely.
