Distinct Designers to Throw on Something Unique

You may or may not have noticed, but the little corridor right around Pico and Westwood Boulevard in the West L.A. - lower Westwood area is starting to blossom a bit with the addition of Westside Tavern at the bottom of the Westside Pavillion and the new bar The Wellesbourne. This area has long been neglected, although there have always been a couple of eateries wedged in there - Apple Pan for example, however, a new cute little women's clothing shop that I came across recently is Distinct Designers, which is a collaborative boutique where emerging designers can feature their latest creations. The clothing is for women in their twenty somethings to mid 30s and the designs are unique and refreshing since they're coming from the designers themselves and not some chain. Next time you are on the Westside, swing by and support this gem of a local business.
